Sarah Rogers, director of the Kent State University Museum, and curator of the "Forever Chanel: Coco + Karl" exhibit, including couture and high-end ready-to-wear from the museum's permanent collection, describes to WCLV's Jacqueline Gerber what Chanel meant to fashion, and how Karl Lagerfeld, in the 1980s, added a new dimension to Chanel's legendary couture house. She also explains why the exhibit includes so many suits that belonged to singer and film star Marlene Dietrich.
