After making a name for himself as a producer with Public Enemy, Kerwin Young turned his attention to writing for film and television. With many concert works and production credits under his belt, he is uniquely qualified to write the world's first Hip Hop Concerto. WCLV's John Mills spoke with Young about the project and his upcoming time at Oberlin.
