Chardon Black graduates in June from the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine. His upcoming graduation got him thinking back on his school career and how he got to this point. He says public transit played a big role in that.

The new rail cars, manufactured by Siemens Mobility, will be ADA accessible, and come with 52 plastic passenger seats, two wheelchair-accessible seats and four-bicycle capacity per rail car.
