Frank Tyson, 53, was fleeing from a crash on the east side of Canton on April 18, 2024, according to a release from Canton police. In bodycam footage obtained by Ideastream Public Media, officers located him at an AMVETS building.
Frank Tyson, a 53-year-old Black man, died while in police custody on April 18, after an officer pressed a knee on his back and Tyson yelled, "I can't breathe."
