New Nutrition Labels, Healthy Meal Delivery, and Legal Prep for the RNC

By July 2018, nutrition labels on the food you buy will emphasise more strongly the calories it contains and reflect a more realistic serving size. And "added sugar" has been added to the label. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll look at what impact the federally mandated label changes might have on you and your health. Then, we'll look at a new food trend: Delivering healthy meals to your workplace for lunch. Finally, a look at how the city of Cleveland is preparing for what could be an influx of legal cases during the RNC.
