Thanksgiving is a few days away; have you thought much about what you're grateful for? Expressing gratitude isn't always easy, but, scientists say, it's always good for you. We'll find out how an attitude of gratitude can do more than just alter your perspective or improve your mood. No joke, it can actually make you healthier.
