Eat Less, Exercise More? Maybe not.

Conventional wisdom says if you eat less and exercise more you will lose weight and be healthier. Sounds easy enough, but why isn't it working? One third of Americans are obese, another third are overweight and 26 million people have type 2 diabetes. But some experts say there’s more to good health than just being thin.
