When people talk about bacteria—they’re usually thinking about how to get rid of it. But not all bacteria is bad and in fact there are lots of good bacteria. They’re called probiotics and it’s a hot area of research. Probiotics help us digest food, some say they’ll help you kick that stubborn cold, and could they really help colicky babies?
