Also, consultants for the city of Cleveland give city hall a comprehensive cost-cutting plan--what's not clear is whether the city will maintain its ability to avoid layoffs. Yesterdays Sound of Ideas program points put how we as citizens have dropped the ball in our communities. From Fort Hood to Cleveland, we bare some responsibilty when a neighbor goes rogue. If we cared more and acted as good citizens would we need concealed carry laws? If we cared more and acted as good citizens would our relationship with police be better?
