Sexual Harassment Law

The #MeToo movement that grew out of the downfall of Hollywood kingmaker Harvey Weinstein has seen an ever growing number of women and men stepping forward to say they were victimized.  In their wake a growing list of former power brokers and stars have issued apologies.   But beyond taking their allegations to the press what legal recourse is available to sexual harassment victims?  What's the process like for both the accuser and the accused?  Why do so many of the cases end with agreements that no one can talk about?  We'll talk to employment law experts.
