A $331-million project to build a boulevard on the east side between I-490 and Unviersity Circle aims to bring more than just a new roadway to the region.  The City expects this so-called Opportunity Corridor to help spur development and jobs in neighborhoods along the route. We'll hear from the City's development and planning team about how this new 3-mile stretch of roadway may be a catalyst for growth.  We'll also hear about the reception the project is getting from neighborhoods along the route.      Then, we'll discuss an effort by Congress to repeal the Arbitration Rule that gives consumers the ability to sue financial institutions.
