Think about how connecting to the Web has changed the way you live and work and the way you interact with the rest of the world. Now imagine that you've never had a good internet connection, that you're still stuck in the dial-up era, waiting five minutes for an e-mail to download. That's the case for nearly 40 percent of people living in rural america. How is the digital divide affecting them, and our economy?

Michael Symon checks in about an event that brings together the two major economic drivers for the region:  food and world-class healthcare.
