Ohio Poverty Report; NE Ohio Population Loss; Statehouse Update

One of every five Ohioans lives in poverty and a growing number of grandparents, many on fixed incomes, are raising their grandchildren.  Many are stepping in to help without official custody and the aid that could come with it. We will discuss these and other sobering facts in the annual State of Poverty report by The Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies.  Plus, Northeast Ohio is losing population to the rest of the state.  What does that mean for the region's future?  Then, Governor Kasich weighs in on next steps following the defeat of the Affordable Care Act repeal.
