Violence claims the lives of far too many young people in Cleveland. Gunfire has not only killed teens targeting each other but also innocent children caught in the crossfire --kids as young as five months old. What will help protect the innocent, reform the perpetrators and free neighborhoods where violence traps residents and prevents progress?
