Ohio is calling 'action' on plans to build a new film and media school on the campus of Cleveland State University. The state's proposed capital budget plan calls for more than $7 million to be set aside for the project. Too many people are spending time in Ohio's jails. Cleveland will launch a community court soon and use alternatives to incarceration as punishment.
