Before she was the United Nations' High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson was President of Ireland. And this week, she'll be awarded a major ethics prize from Case Western Reserve University. Despite accolades like that and her recent Presidential Medal of Freedom, Robinson has come in for some criticism: Some Jewish leaders and others claim her stances have stoked anti-Semitism worldwide.
