A TORNADO TOUCHDOWN NEAR DAYTON OHIO

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CONFIRMED THAT A SMALL TORNADO SWEPT THOUGH THE CITY OF CELINA ON SUNDAY NIGHT.
THE NWS ESTIMATES IT WAS AN E-F-1 TORNADO, WHICH MEANS WINDS REACHED BETWEEN 86 AND 110 MILES PER HOUR. IT’S LOW ON THE ENHANCED FUJITA SCALE THAT MEASURES TORNADOS, BUT THE DAMAGE TO THE SMALL TOWN WAS BIG. A ROOF WAS BLOWN OFF A RESTARARUNT AND SCHOOL WAS CANCELLED FOR AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING DAY.
TORNADO SEASON IN OHIO IS FROM APRIL TO JULY, BUT IF THE WEATHER IS RIGHT THEY CAN STRIKE WHENEVER.
