Tens of thousands of sharks have been seen, just a stone's throw away from the Florida coast.
Every winter, thousands of blacktip sharks migrate along the Atlantic coast searching for warmer waters. To migrate means to move from one region to another, according to the season.
See all those gray specs down below? Those are blacktip sharks off Florida's coast. Florida Atlantic University biological sciences professor Stephen Kajiura, captured this video last week. He started tracking this season's shark migration on January 15, when the first sharks were first spotted around Miami Beach.
Since then he has taken to the skies in to monitor the path of the school of blacktips up the coast.
