Obstacles Confront Those Returning to Their Communities After Prison

Thousands of people will be released from Ohio's prisons this year.  For the formerly incarcerated, the biggest post-prison challenge is finding a job. Some employers can't see past their record. Studies show that staying out of trouble is much more likely with a decent job.
