Lake Erie is an enormous part of the fabric of Northeast Ohio--providing economic opportunity as well as entertainment.   But Lake Erie and the rest of the Great Lakes can change personality as quickly as the wind shifts. That can leave some swimmers and boaters in dangerous waters.  Would you be able to recognize if someone needed help?  Would you know what to do if you needed help yourself?
