Cleveland Housing Recovery; Inner-Ring Suburb Property Values; Statehouse

Featured Audio

From the depths of the foreclosure crisis, Cleveland and Cuyahoga County have worked to bring neighborhoods and the housing market back.  Now a new milestone---a new build home developed in part by the Cuyahoga  Land Bank will be unveiled.      We'll discuss the new property and where we stand a decade after the foreclosure crisis decimated the housing market.    But the recovery is not uniform across the county.  A new report from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy finds some inner-ring suburbs, despite all the best efforts, still see property values far below what they were before the housing crash.
