You could probably count on one hand the number of sunny days we've had this winter. The lack of sunlight in northeast Ohio is more than just depressing. It may be downright unhealthy. Unlike other vitamins that come from food food, vitamin D primarily comes from the sun and statistics show more than a third of Ohioans may not get enough.
