Chef Ann Cooper spent her career cooking on cruise ships, in fancy resorts and restaurants. These days she can be found in school cafeterias. She's made it her mission to make school lunches healthier. Ann Cooper currently oversees the lunch program in at the Boulder Valley school district in Colorado. Cooper delivered the keynote address over the weekend at the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association's annual conference in Granville Ohio. She spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman before her visit.
