Women make up half of the world. But you wouldn't know it by looking at Cleveland's largest law firms. Females graduate from law school at the same rate as males, but few women become partners. Law firms are gradually becoming diverse, but many women, and some men, want more than a big paycheck. They want career paths that allow for families, flexible work hours, job sharing and telecommuting.
