A new Nielsen survey shows Americans are happier at work now than they've been in the past few years. Still, most people hate their jobs; 2005 was the last year that a majority of Americans reported being happy at work. On the next Sound of Ideas, we'll find out what some local companies are doing to keep their employees in the happy minority. And we'll ask: What does it take to make you whistle while you work?
