It seems every few years, we hear about something that used to be bad for us that turns out to be good. Or something that was thought to be good turns out to be bad. Antioxidants were all the rage a while back, protecting us against cancer and other diseases. Now, after all those vitamin supplements and bowl after bowl of blueberries, scientists wonder if antioxidants do more harm than good.
