Police officer Spencer O'Rourk of Parma has spent a lot of time remembering 9-11. "It was just a clog of dust and the streets looked like new powdered snow when you drive down and see the tire marks." On its fifth anniversary, we'll remember the events of 9-11 and talk about what it takes to prepare for such an emergency. Also, we'll take a look at school funding in Ohio as we kick off a week with "Voices and Choices."
