All that wining and dining and back-slapping added up to a big goose egg. A Cleveland quest turns into another tale of Cleveland woe, but is there a silver lining? The Republicans have decided to stage their next convention in Minneapolis. We'll find out why. We'll also talk to the Judicial Candidates Rating Coalition about races for local judgeships.
