The Rap on Culture

A new Cleveland study claims too many black children are being raised in an urban environment that devalues education. Cool is valued over school. It's called The Rap on Culture. It shows how home life, media and street life combine to hold back the next generation. The group Policy Bridge calls for action by parents and the community and it lays out a roadmap for Creating a culture of achievement.
