A chamber of commerce coalition in Ohio says ideas in its new study can help sew up the hole in Ohio's budget, though the $1.4 billion savings isn't nearly the $8-10 billion patch the state needs. The state's money woes aren't the only targets of this report. Government regulation, tax expenditures, the prison system, and public pensions are all on the chopping block.
