Rate payers in Cleveland and 61 Northeast Ohio communities are about to pay extra so the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District can manage storm water that runs off of their properties. We'll explain the quarterly fees and tell you how to cut your bill. Plus, we'll look at preparation for storms of a different sort -- inevitable snowfall in Northeast Ohio -- as we check in on how governments and private contractors plan to clear the streets. Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. on The Sound of Ideas.

Kyle Dreyfuss-Wells, Manager of Watershed Programs, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District
Fred Szabo, commissioner, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
Brent Kovacs, spokesman, ODOT District 4
Mayor Gary Starr, Middleburg Heights
Sue McConnell, Vice president, Better Business Bureau, Cleveland
