Nowadays, when we need a little cash in our pockets, we go straight to the ATM. But folks in the early 1900's didn't have that luxury. In this edition of "Beyond the Dish," ideastream's Lauren Wilson visits restaurateur and chef Steve Schimoler of Crop Bistro and Bar in Ohio City, who is using his eatery to pay homage to that era and has taken the old saying "put your money where your mouth is."
