Today on the Sound of Ideas, another panel discussion organized by the United Way of Greater Cleveland, this time looking at the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on how individuals access mental and behavioral health services.
A panel of experts from around the region will discuss COVID's impact on community mental health and substance use, service delivery opportunities and barriers.
They also discuss long-term program and policy strategies at the local and state levels to adequately address ongoing health needs.
Ideastream Public Media will present these ‘community conversations’ throughout the year, and while United Way’s conversations all focused on the Consent Decree in 2021, this year – we’ll hear about other issues, like racial equity, and voting rights.
The panel for this conversation on education included..
Lovell Custard, the President and CEO of Murtis Taylor Human Services System
Archie Green, Founder and CEO of Peel Dem Layers Back
Scott Osiecki, CEO of the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County
And Brittain Paul, COO of Ravenwood Health
