Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose wants the state legislature to enact changes that would make mail-in voting smoother in Ohio after the coronavirus pandemic forced an entriely vote-by-mail primary election in March. Among the changes: Voters could request ballots online and do so up to a week before the election. Democrats on the legislature and the League of Women voters want even more changes.
