The state is slashing spending because of the financial fallout from the coronavirus pandemic. That means big cuts to the biggest parts of the state budget, K-12 schools, Medicaid and higher education.  On The Sound of Ideas, we talk with state Medicaid Director Maureen Corocran, and get feedback from policy experts.  Later, we ponder the question: Why should we trust science?
