Ohio lawmakers finally hammered out a new two-year, $69.8 billion budget and sent it to Governor Mike DeWine's office just minutes before a midnight deadline. The budget was 17 days late because of significant differences between the House and Senate versions. Statehouse News Bureau Chief Karen Kasler tells us what's in the bill that made it to his desk.
