Cuyahoga County's population continues to shrink and a lot faster than most counties in the nation, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates. More than 4,500 people left Cuyahoga County from 2017 to 2018, the 9th largest drop nationally. Many didn't go far: Population in the seven county Northeast Ohio barely changed and has been stagnant for decades. We will dig into the numbers and discuss what the loss of population in Cuyahoga, and stagnant population regionally, means for Northeast Ohio. Later, we'll hear from actor and playwright, Chazz Palminteri as he talks about turning his film "A Bronx Tale" into a musical production, opening tonight at the Connor Palace Theatre.
