The question is this: Do you want service in a broader geographical region, or more frequent service in a more restricted system? Governor DeWine has proposed an 18-cents-per-gallon gas tax hike to fund infrastructure construction and repair. But none of it goes to public. Should lawmakers hike the gas tax and commit more money to transit?
