The State of Ohio and the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow, or ECOT, are at odds over attendance figures and how much state money the on-line charter school should receive. The state is currently trying to clawback $60 million in what it says was overpayment. We'll talk to Ohio Auditor Dave Yost about his proposal to withhold additional money from ECOT.
