It's not at all unusual to meet married couples who found each other online. It's become common for young and old, whether swiping right on Tinder or finding the right match on FarmersOnly.com. Stigma associated with the practice has mostly gone away. Monday on the Sound of Ideas, we look at the world of online dating, both the successes and the pitfalls. We'll also ask Nev Schulman, host of MTV's "Catfish," to share cautionary tales about online courters who aren't who they say they are.

Andrea Baker, PhD, Associate Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Ohio University

Jodi Henderson-Ross and her husband Frank Henderson, Akron OH, who met online on MySpace in 2006

  Jerry Miller, founder of FarmersOnly.com

Nev Schulman, Host of Catfish: The TV Show
