Traffic Cameras


Red light and speeding violation cameras aren't exactly a hit among the driving public. But Cleveland plans to more than double the number of those devices this year, arguing that they increase safety. They also make a nice chunk of change for the city and many motorists see them as nothing more than a cash grab.
