U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced that five men accused in the 9/11 attacks will stand trial in a civilian court in New York City. A fair trial there faces two obvious obstacles: one has to do with selecting an impartial jury, and the other with the fact that at least two of the defendants have been tortured at Guantanamo Bay.
