Speaking of space, astronauts aboard the International Space Station will receive an early present this holiday season.
NASA’s Cygnus spacecraft launched Sunday from Cape Canaveral. It's carrying more than 7,000 pounds of science and research, crew supplies and vehicle hardware to the International Space Station.
Several student experiments are also onboard, along with some gifts for the six person crew.
The launch was the fourth attempt in the past week to get it into space. Three previous launch attempts were scrubbed due to bad weather at the Kennedy Space Center.
