Business leaders, professors and students from across the globe were in Cleveland for the Case Western Reserve University's 'Fourth Global Forum'.
The gathering shines a light on "Flourishing Enterprise"; or using business to create a positive impact in the world.
In that realm, one of the highlights of the forum is awarding 17 'flourish prizes'; to businesses that meet one of the 17 sustainable development goals adopted by the United Nations.
Adam Ziv and Tyler McMahon are two of those winners... They joined Rick Jackson to describe their businesses... And offer words of advice for future business leaders.
I began by asking Adam, who's Jewish, about his idea to open an ice cream shop in Israel with his partner, an Arab Muslim.
