The Constitution is the prevailing guiding document of law, values, and governance for our country. It has withstood some of the most turbulent times in our Nation's history and, during these times of change, is once again being put to the test.

Judge Patricia Ann Blackmon was the first woman of color elected to court of appeals in Ohio and retired in 2021 after 30+ years of service. She will be in conversation with Justice Melody J. Stewart, the first Black woman elected to the Ohio Supreme Court.

Join the City Club, in-person to learn about Blackmon’s historical career, and how to uphold the Constitution during times of change.
