Last year, Ohioans voted to change the way Congressional districts are drawn in an effort to thwart gerrymandering, but the new process doesn't start until after the 2020 census. A federal lawsuit challenging the current map begins its trial phase this week. On The Sound of Ideas, we discuss the map and preview the case.
