Be Well: Tackling Cleveland's High Infant Mortality Rates

Over the summer, the Cleveland Department of Health had some good news. Their annual $2 million federal grant for preventing infant mortality was renewed.

But the city's been getting this money for many years now - more than two decades. ideastream's Sarah Jane Tribble sits down with us today to talk about why Cuyahoga County and its biggest city Cleveland still have some of the highest national rates of babies dying and how the community is responding.
