Former Army Scientist Sues 'N.Y. Times'

A former Army researcher identified by the FBI as "a person of interest" in the 2001 anthrax attacks is suing The New York Times, claiming the paper defamed him. Scientist Steven Hatfill's lawsuit cites a series of columns that identified him as a possible culprit. NPR's David Kestenbaum reports.
