Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden used a northeast Ohio company as a backdrop to rally support for President Barack Obama’s jobs package. The Wrap-Tite company in Solon makes packaging materials, and recently expanded with the help of a $1.5 million Small Business Administration loan. Biden announced that 13 private banks across the country have committed to increase small-business lending by $20 billion over the next three years. And as Kevin Niedermier of member station WKSU reports, news of the increased lending drew different reactions from northeast Ohio small business owners.
