Five years ago, St. John Medical Center in Westlake was struggling. It suffered from a revolving door of leaders, bad patient satisfaction and an overall poor reputation. Plain Dealer health reporter Sarah Jane Tribble has written a story about how the hospital has managed to largely turn its fortunes around. She spoke with ideastream's Eric Wellman.
